Terms of Service

SheenCloud is an AI image and video creation platform offering face swap, outfit change, background editing, character replacement, anime stylization, video face swap, text-to-image, and more.

Some features may be in testing or rolling out gradually. We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features as operations require, with advance notice where possible.

Full functionality requires an account. Provide a valid email address, keep your password safe, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.

Accounts are for your own use only and must not be transferred, lent, or shared with others.

At sign-up, you must confirm that you are 18 or older or have obtained guardian consent.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us promptly. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms.

Credits are an in-site unit of measurement used to pay for AI task consumption. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except in refund cases.

Credits purchased in credit packs remain valid long term; membership credits granted monthly are issued per billing cycle and cleared under the applicable rules; the validity and rules for free credits follow the explanations on the site.

Membership subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged through the payment method you enrolled. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in the membership center; after cancellation, your membership benefits remain until the end of the current billing cycle, and unused subscription credits are cleared under the applicable rules.

If we adjust prices, we will notify you in advance; adjustments do not affect benefits already in effect for a purchased cycle.

Payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe and WeChat Pay; full card information is handled by those providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Prices are as displayed on the page; placing an order means you agree to pay the displayed price.

To request a refund, contact us through the footer contact details; refunds are returned to the original payment method, and credits granted by the refunded order are deducted (down to zero if the balance is insufficient); credits already consumed are not refundable; membership order refunds cancel the subscription first.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider; for chargebacks or payment disputes, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter.

You warrant that you hold the lawful rights to the media you upload, including lawful rights to any faces or likenesses it contains; before processing someone else's likeness, such as in a face swap, you must have obtained that person's consent.

To complete processing, you grant us the licenses necessary within the scope of the service (such as storage, transmission, and invoking AI models).

We will not use your media for purposes beyond the task, nor provide it to unrelated third parties for purposes such as model training.

AI-generated results are produced automatically by algorithms. We continuously improve quality but do not guarantee every generation meets expectations.

Generated results are delivered to you for your use, and you are responsible for how you use them and the consequences; you must not use generated results to mislead, defraud, or otherwise break the law.

The service must not be used for: forging someone else's likeness, identity impersonation, fraud, defamation, pornographic or vulgar content, violent content or content harmful to minors, or any other unlawful purpose.

You must not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent service limits, or abuse the service through automation.

Violations may result in content removal, service restriction or termination, and cooperation with authorities as required by law.

Service may be temporarily interrupted for system maintenance, network issues, or third-party service failures; we will work to restore it as soon as possible.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page (see Privacy Policy section 9 for the scope of deletion).

We may suspend or terminate service for serious violations of these terms; termination does not affect the settlement of rights and obligations already accrued.

The service is provided “as is”. For service interruptions caused by force majeure such as network or third-party failures, we will work to restore service but are not liable for resulting indirect losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct losses arising from use of the service shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the service (no paid liability for free services).

You are solely responsible for liabilities and losses arising from your violation of these terms or applicable laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction at the operator's location.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; material changes will be highlighted prominently on the site with an effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
